Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (session start and end times, number of kids, kids' first names, ages, bedtimes, allergies and notes, rates, tip and extras, family labels, sitter names, ratings, experience and distance, contact names, relations and phone numbers, house rules, dates and message notes) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking. Do not send full home addresses; the house-info sheet leaves a blank for you to write it on paper.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We never contact sitters or anyone else. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; avoid including details you do not want processed. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is for parents and caregivers and is not directed to children under 13. Children's first names, ages and allergies are processed only when a parent includes them, only to format the result, and are not stored.
